Fundraising Day Overview
A guaranteed no-muss, no-fuss approach
to raising capital for your organization - Our
Fundraising Days are both easy to organize and
profitable. No selling, cooking or asking for
donations, Mountain Mikes San Diego does all
the work.
OPEN-TO-CLOSE
Unlike others, our fundraisers are
all-day events that run open to close 11am to
9pm. This contributes significantly to their
success by not limiting the fundraising hours.
Your guests can arrive and dine whenever they
want. Furthermore we extend the fundraising
program to take-out and delivery - your guests
can participate without ever leaving their home
or office.
OUR GOAL
To help you raise as much money as possible.
YOUR GOAL
To invite and encourage as many people in your
community as possible to dine at Mountain Mike's
Pizza
on the day of your event.
THE RESULT
Up to 30% of pre-tax sales generated from your
guests will be donated to your organization.
EVENT SUMMARY
1. At least six weeks prior to the desired date
of your event your organizations representative
starts the process by requesting the desired
date and submitting a Fundraising Day Application/Agreement
form. Once your Fundraising Day Application/Agreement
form is submitted, we check to make sure the
requested date is available and contact you
to start reviewing the details necessary to
make your fundraising event a reality.
2. Following the submission of your Fundraising
Day Application/Agreement and our confirmation
of your requested date we will produce a custom
invitation for your event. The invitation is
yours to distribute and will highlight your
organization and explain the day-long fundraising
event details.
3. Your part - Invite everyone - Hand out invitations
at all your organization's meetings, mail invitations
to your entire community, email invitations
to all of your supporters and patrons.
THE GOAL
To promote participation within your community

4. Event Day - Come relax and
enjoy a meal at Mountain Mike's while we do
all the work.
5. Four to six weeks after your event your organization
will receive a donation from Mountain Mike's
Pizza San Diego equal to that of up to 30% of
pre-tax sales generated from your guests on
the day of your fundraiser.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS & LIMITATIONS
1. Your organization must promote
the event to the best of its abilities sending
invitations via mail and email.|
2. Participating organizations
must highlight the upcoming event in any newsletter
produced and distributed within 8 weeks prior
to the fundraising event date.
3. No other discounts, specials,
or coupons will be honored in conjunction with
fundraising transactions.
